Isabella Bernardini has lately been creating a space for herself among the most loved F1 WAGs. As her partner Gabriel Bortoleto continues to find his feet into the pinnacle of motorsport with his driving, Bernardini has caught the fans’ eye with her paddock appearances. Her latest paddock walk with Bortoleto instantly became a talking point owing to her choice of outfit.
The couple appeared in matching Audi F1 team kit colors. While Bortoleto wore the traditional Adidas jacket and cap, Bernardini wore a dress reworked from the same Adidas-manufactured Audi F1 team kit. The one-of-a-kind dress was the work of a designer who has reworked team kits in the past for Lionel Messi and Erling Haaland’s partners.
Gabriel Bortoleto’s GF Isabella’s One-Of-A-Kind Dress
Much like Bortoleto’s team kit, Bernardini’s dress featured the Adidas and Audi Revolut branding. However, Bernardini’s reworked dress was designed by fashion designer-turned-influencer Fiona Rörig. The German designer has amassed over 400,000 followers on Instagram with posts mainly documenting her reworking sports kits.
“At least at second glance, you have to notice it’s the kit,” Rörig said about Bernardini’s dress while talking with Esses Magazine.

Bernardini and Rörig worked together remotely to make the dress a reality. After Rörig reached out to Bernardini, the duo got on a video call where they took measurements. Bernardini reportedly provided input of her own, while Rörig continued to make sure that the dress did not lose its identity as originally being a team kit.
“Without the logos, it wouldn’t be a kit, especially in Formula 1,” Rörig said.

The dress features lace work through the back, also featuring the number “5.” It is a subtle design reference to Bernardini’s partner Bortoleto, who races with number five in Formula 1.
Isabella Bernardini Loves What She Does
Despite her crucial input into the design of the dress, Bernardini maintains she is a tech girl through and through. The Brazilian is a computer science graduate from a Dutch university. Bernardini completed her degree earlier this year, in September, and now works in data analysis, systems development and AI.
“I love what I do. I want to be in tech forever,” she said.

Meanwhile, Bortoleto has a tough task at hand at his home Grand Prix. The Audi driver crashed into the barriers at the São Paulo GP in 2025. This time around, he starts in P19 and will have to scythe through the field in hopes of scoring any points in front of his home fans. Weather might throw the local star a curveball too.
