Oliver Bearman shared an adorable moment at the Mexican Grand Prix on Thursday as he told a mascot dressed up as a track marshal that he loved them in a playful moment. The Haas F1 driver was accompanied in the paddock by his girlfriend Alicia Torriani.
F1 cameraman and content creator Kym Illman shared the image of Bearman with the mascot via Instagram on Thursday and also revealed that the Briton said, “I love you too,” to the mascot. Bearman seemingly tried to figure out who was behind the large suit as he looked into the mascot’s eyes.
Bearman also shared a cute moment with his girlfriend. As the pair arrived together for the Mexican GP media day, Torriani gave him a marigold flower. Haas F1 team shared the pictures on Instagram as their cameras caught the moment on the couple’s arrival at the circuit.

Oliver Bearman Clarifies F1 Future With Haas at the Mexican GP
After arriving on Thursday, Bearman spoke about his future with the Haas F1 team in the FIA press conference, saying he wishes to continue racing with the American team. No announcement has yet been made confirming that the Brit will race for Haas in 2027 amid the impending expiration of his contract.
“I think it’s very clear I want to continue with Haas and that’s definitely my goal. There’s a few things in the background that we’re working on but it’s been very clear that continuing with Haas will be my target and we’re just finalizing a few things on that front,” said Bearman.

Bearman added that he does not yet know when an announcement confirming his future at Haas will come out and that it is not in his hands. He said that if it was up to him, the announcement would already have been made.
