Flo Norris, the sister of the 2025 Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris, has just earned a place on Tatler’s 2026 list of Britain’s 71 most eligible young women. The inclusion has brought her into the spotlight beyond her family connection and her sporting ventures.

As for the annual selection, it is featured in the magazine’s celebrated Little Black Book, which traditionally highlights prominent names from Britain’s aristocratic and high-society circles. However, it has increasingly embraced personalities from sport, entertainment and fashion.

Unlike her brother, who spends a big chunk of his time on racing circuits around the globe, Flo (Norris) has her own sporting identity. Competing in the world of equestrian sports, the 24-year-old is an international showjumper who has competed across several disciplines, including dressage, eventing, hunters and equitation.

She has developed a competitive profile that even saw her as worthy of representing the UK internationally.

Flo is part of a close-knit family that has regularly showered support for Norris in the paddock. She and her siblings have also been regular visitors to the races, particularly when a significant milestone was around the corner.

One such moment came at the 2024 Miami GP when Norris won his maiden F1 race, while another significant moment came in 2025 after he became world champion.

But away from it all, Flo’s equestrian pursuits have given her an identity of her own. The Little Black Book has traditionally been associated with the high society of Britain. However, the latest issue signals a changing landscape, with sporting and celebrity personalities becoming an important mix.

Who Is Flo Norris? Inside Lando Norris’ Sister’s Equestrian Career

While her brother was busy making the moves in the motorsport realm, Flo was involved in building a steady career for herself in the equestrian world. Born in 2002 in Somerset, she developed a liking for Horses at the age of five. She gradually progressed through the ranks in Britain before establishing herself on the international circuit.

The 24-year-old’s breakthrough came in 2017, when she won the Under-16 championship at the British Showjumping National Championships in Stoneleigh, riding Super D Ysieux.

She also secured the runner-up spot in the same competition while aboard the Songe De Toscane. It was this one-two result that truly underlined her potential and marked a significant achievement in a budding career.

Her consistent progression ultimately brought her to international competitions, including visits to Florida, Paris, and London while training in the yard of Olympic champion Ben Maher in Essex. In 2021, she was selected to represent Great Britain at the CSIO4* Nations Cup competition in Wellington, Florida, riding Con Pleasure 5.

Flo has even expressed her wish to represent her country at the biggest stage of them all, riding for Great Britain in five-star competitions. The 24-year-old has continued to represent her country internationally, with her most recent result being a victory in CSI1* competitions at Wellington, Heckfield, in May 2026.

As such, while her surname attracts added attention because of who her brother is, Flo has built a personality around her own sporting identity.

Flo Norris Is More Than Just an International Showjumper

Beyond her competitive career in the equestrian world, Flo has also explored opportunities in the world of modeling. She has built a presence within the fashion and lifestyle side of the horse-riding world. Represented by CS Equine Models, she has collaborated with established brands such as Woof Wear and Charles Owen, combining her sporting background with commercial work.

Her familiarity with the equestrian world gives her modeling work a natural connection to her passion for horses. The connection allows her to represent the products with a deeper understanding of their relevance through years of experience.

This has helped Flo develop a profile that extends beyond the showjumping arena, particularly within the equestrian lifestyle community.

Despite the additional opportunities, Flo remains committed to competitive riding, with international competitions continuing to feature prominently on her schedule. Her ability to juggle both professions establishes Flo as more than simply the sister of a former Formula One world champion.
