Super Licence Points And Wild Card Entries Introduced For 2024 F1 Academy Season

F1 ACADEMY has today announced the calendar for the 2025 season featuring seven rounds in support of the FIA Formula One World Championship™ and three new venues, including Las Vegas, where the series will reach its finale.

The 2025 season will open in China, which joins the calendar for the first time, before the series returns to Jeddah and Miami, which both featured in 2024, for Rounds 2 and 3. The iconic Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal joins the F1 ACADEMY calendar for the first time to host Round 4, before the series takes to the sand dunes of Zandvoort and the streets of Singapore for Rounds 5 and 6. The third season of the all-female series will reach its conclusion on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit as the first single-seater support series to race on the streets of the biggest stage in motorsport.

The 2025 season will feature 14 races across seven rounds and, as part of the series’ commitment to offer extensive seat time, the calendar will be supported by a comprehensive 15-day testing programme.

Since its launch in 2022, F1 ACADEMY has seen significant growth and global interest, with the series broadcast in 160 territories and a docuseries set to be released on Netflix in 2025.

“I am proud to announce our F1 ACADEMY 2025 calendar, which demonstrates our continued commitment to taking the series to new heights, expanding our global reach, and bringing our mission to an increasingly diverse and engaged global audience. I want to thank our promoters for their enthusiasm and support, and for joining us on our journey to create opportunities for women to thrive at every level of our sport. Finishing our season in Las Vegas will be an iconic moment, and its addition to the calendar is testament to the wealth of support we receive from Formula 1 and Liberty Media.”

Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1

“F1 ACADEMY continues to go from strength to strength, delivering brilliant on-track action for our fans and inspiring young girls and women around the world. We are seeing huge interest in the series, and it is fantastic that the calendar features new venues and once again spans three continents, meaning we can continue to build our audiences and connect with fans around the world. I would like to thank our race promoters who continue to support F1 ACADEMY so passionately. What has been achieved in just two years since the series was launched has been incredible, and I cannot wait to see the cars hit the track again next year.”
