Ugo Ugochukwu and Brando Badoer will engage themselves in Formula 3 in the year ahead, with the team for which they will compete being based in a town near where Brando and Luca Badoer were born. Ugochukwu’s father is also called Luca but he is from Milan.

”PREMA Racing is delighted to announce that Ugo Ugochukwu will continue his tenure with the team to enter the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship”

”‘’PREMA Racing will field Brando Badoer in the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship, the team is proud to announce. The 18-year-old Italian is currently lying third in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine and {has} posted impressive results in the series so far {this season}’’

Ugo Ugochukwu

Ugo Ugochukwu and McLaren Racing agreed terms over three and a half years ago and he figures in the McLaren Driver Development Programme.

”A longtime member of the McLaren family, he is part of the McLaren Driver Development Programme”

An analogy was created about his ‘work history’.

”Now with multiple positive experiences under his belt, Ugockukwu is looking to move forward and put his driving skills to fruition in the tight FIA Formula 3 battle next year”

Brando Badoer

Even though he didn’t pick up points in Formula 1 and the FIA GT Championship, Brando’s father prevailed in the International Formula 3000 Championship in 1992.

‘’{Brando} is the son of Luca Badoer, a veteran of 51 Formula 1 starts and {a} former {International} F3000 {Championship} Champion’’

Mario Andretti pictures himself as an optimist and Brando is also one.

‘’This is a great opportunity to keep improving in the best way possible and continue my growth as a driver. I am looking forward to this new challenge in my career, with the support of the McLaren Driver Development Programme, and can’t wait to start working with the team’’
