A source close to Kim Kardashian has revealed that a big reason why the American media personality has fallen in love with Lewis Hamilton is due to his ‘caring and considerate’ behavior with her kids. The insider has told People Magazine that the Ferrari F1 driver has often gone the extra mile for Kardashian’s four kids.
“Gifting Kim’s kids a dog is just one of the thoughtful things Lewis has done for them. A big reason Kim fell in love with him was because of how caring and considerate he was with her kids right from the start. He’s always gone above and beyond for them,” said the source.
Kardashian has four children with her ex-husband and rapper Kanye West. These include daughters North, 13, and Chicago, 8, and sons Saint, 10, and Psalm, 7. Hamilton revealed at the US Grand Prix last weekend that the golden retriever, Halo, he adopted along with Kim, was actually a gift for her kids.
Lewis Hamilton Loves Spending Time with Kim Kardashian’s Children
Speaking on a fan stage ahead of the US Grand Prix, Hamilton revealed last week that he loves spending time with his girlfriend Kim’s children. He also said the dog Halo was a gift from him to the four kids.
“My girlfriend’s kids, I love spending time with them. She’s got four, so I’m getting to play with these kids. I got them a dog this year. Halo is a member of that family,” Hamilton said during the US Grand Prix weekend.
Hamilton and Kardashian began dating in February this year after being friends for over a decade. Hamilton was also close friends with Kardashian’s ex-husband, West, since around the same time.
Kim Kardashian Arrives in Mexico as Lewis Hamilton Gears Up For Mexican GP
Kardashian and Hamilton have both found each other in Mexico City at the same time this week ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix.
The 46-year-old is in town to promote the second season of her television drama series “All’s Fair”. Hamilton, of course, is in Mexico for the 19th round of the 2026 F1 season, the Mexican Grand Prix.
It is not yet known if Kardashian will attend the race to cheer Hamilton on over the weekend. The Ferrari driver needs to win the race at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez and have other factors go his way to stay in contention for the 2026 drivers’ championship beyond this weekend.
Kardashian was most recently spotted at the Singapore Grand Prix earlier in October. Prior to this, she had also attended the Monaco Grand Prix in June.
