In the latest list issued by Interbrand that ranks the best global brands of 2026, Ferrari has seen a growth in value of over 14%. The Italian car manufacturer’s brand valuation now sits at a mammoth $17.7 billion, allowing it to climb three ranks from last year to 51.

The growth has also seen the team feature among the study’s ‘top risers’ of 2026, allowing it to become the world’s most valuable Italian global brand. As for the brand strength of Ferrari, that remains high as well, thanks to a strength score of 85 (out of 100). Meanwhile, the brand’s influence on consumer choices, measured by Interbrand’s metric on the role of brand score, yielded 73 percent.

The study by Interbrand is largely described as the world’s longest-running and most influential analysis of its kind. Given this, not only did Ferrari celebrate the honor, but it also issued a statement to credit its three ‘souls’ as the reason behind the growth.

Per the statement, the team claimed that the results of the 2026 rankings were a confirmation of the broader approach across racing, sports cars, and their lifestyle departments.

And while the team in scarlet red celebrates its latest achievement, it isn’t the only cause for a party for the prancing horse.

Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc Named the Most Marketable F1 Driver

Ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix weekend, SportsPro issued a list of the world’s 50 most marketable athletes, headed by tennis superstar Aryna Sabalenka. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc featured in ninth place in the overall rankings, standing as the highest-ranked F1 and motorsports driver on the list.

Having earned an estimated $50 million in salary, bonus components, and a variety of endorsements, the 29-year-old featured on the list for the second time in his career, having done so for the first time in 2019.

Driven by three pillars and 27 additional marketability factors, Leclerc also saw his teammate, Lewis Hamilton, join him on the list, though he was further down at 22nd place.

Amid all this, Ferrari’s F1 operation heads into its final stretch for the 2026 season, with Hamilton aiming to utilize the remainder of the season for something very particular.

Lewis Hamilton Outlines Ferrari’s Objectives in Mexico and Beyond

Heading into the Mexico City GP, Hamilton firmly believes that the remainder of the 2026 season will serve as ‘test races’ for the Scuderia, and wants them to push to build a car capable of challenging for next year’s title.

Enjoying a strong sophomore season with Ferrari, Hamilton has so far recorded six podiums, including one race win in 2026. With the help of his teammate, Hamilton has brought the Maranello-based team to P2 in the constructors’ championship, but they are still far from contending for the top spot.

Speaking to the F1 media on Thursday in Mexico City, Hamilton stated that while he wants to do everything in his power to hold on to second in the team standings, his focus has shifted to prepping for the next year. Looking at the good things this year, he wants his team to use the remainder of the season as a testing ground for the 2027 challenger.

Currently considered the strongest car on the corners, it is the straight-line grunt that the Ferrari power unit lacks. Thus, Hamilton feels that the engine should remain the team’s top priority in order for them to be fighting for the championship next season.
